People have some chip on there shoulder for IE they stick up for it like Bill Gates is there best friend an for what? IE is a poor browser an has been for years due to the fact its number by default so microsoft think they dont have to do anything about its poor web starndards amoungst other things.
Its not that fact you should build websites to run on all browsers thats fine, but its not a bad thing to make microsoft take note an realise people are starting to use other free an better browsers like firefox an opera, and IE needs to be brought up to speed an complyfully with w3c web standards.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions I guess. Unfortunately your opinion has revealed that (a) you obviously know nothing about web standards, (b) you know nothing about website development in general, (c) you probably have a cracked version of Dreamweaver which you think entitles you to call yourself a qualified website developer, and (d) it also reveals that you are a complete ass monkey.

Why does Firefox “suck”? Is it because you can’t get any of your designed-only-with-internet-explorer sites to render properly in Firefox?

I agree with some of the other comments that this site should be capable of running in IE as well as the other common browsers, but it is a personal site after all and not a commercial site, so the author can do whatever they want. Personally I like the design, and it takes some balls to create a site that, up until now, will only render correctly in modern non-IE browsers.

It’s also good to see that IE is finally starting to get itself sorted, I just hope it doesn’t take too long for people to upgrade to the new version when it finally arrives as V1.0.

Hmm, he can do whatever he wants. It’s his website and he doesn’t have to make it IE compatible. Maybe he wants people to use Firefox instead.

Page ok, layout ok, but you should be able to make this IE compatible as well, if you just work on the css (haven’t checked it though). Know several sollutions on this part.

Ofcourse, I hate IE’s css support, it’s a shame they haven’t fixes it 5 years ago, it’s stupid they didn’t fix it 3 years ago, and they ignorance is proven since they still haven’t fixed it… www is not a M$ standard, it’s w3, live with it.

I think both of your comments are insulting, if you don’t like fine, there’s no need to use comments like lame. At least he’s doing his thing, and that’s what counts. People are too techy about other peoples work, if you have nothing good to say, say nothing.

FYI

It would be wiser to cater for the masses than a minority… firefox may work.. and i have used it and i do enjoy using it… but i also rely on IE
